April Vacation Week Adventures at 1458

Tuesday, April 17

Morning: Club 1458 Plays Live-Action “Clue”

Onsite 

 

We will spend the morning attempting to solve the mystery of who done it, with what, and where? Traveling from room to room, players will get closer and closer to the culprit!

Afternoon: Volleyball with Coach Paul

2 – 4 pm

Onsite

 

Coach Paul is back at Club 1458, and this time he will teach us some volleyball tips and tricks before leading us through a tournament where we will get to try out our new skills!

Wednesday, April 18

Morning: 5th Dimension Athletics

8:30 am – 12 pm

 

In the morning, we will travel to 5th Dimension Athletics in Norwood for an exhilarating mix of acrobatics, parkour and trampoline play!

Afternoon: Cooking Workshop

2 – 4 pm

Onsite

 

Teams will work together to create a culinary masterpiece. Will it be sweet or savory? Who knows!

 

 

Thursday, April 19

Morning: MIT Museum and Scavenger Hunt

10 am – 3 pm

 

We’ll visit the MIT Museum and explore their collections and exhibitions, which bring together robotics, engineering and art. We’ll eat our picnic lunch and then explore the MIT campus in a photo Scavenger Hunt!

Afternoon: Playground Time at Newman

4 – 5 pm
Onsite
After our return from the MIT Museum, we’ll eat snack and head out to the Newman Playground to have some fun in the sunshine.

Friday, April 20: Earth Day Celebration

Morning: Salem Willows Arcade

10 am – 3 pm
We’ll head to Salem for an adventure at Salem Willows Park, play some games at the Arcade, enjoy a picnic lunch, and explore the shoreline.

Afternoon: Nature Walk

3:30 – 4:30 pm
We will celebrate Earth Day 2018 by taking a nature walk in the Eastman Conservation Area and doing a scavenger hunt and cleanup.
