- Looking ahead to next summer we have completely revised our program plan for Summer at Tobin. With so much concern over potential exposure to COVID -19 we will offer one option for summer that will minimize this risk. We have taken the extreme step to offer a safe program for children to enroll for the whole summer. This program is offered at our School Street location for children 2 years 9 months through children entering 1st grade.
