For more than 30 years, Tobin Beaudet Schools has served Needham families with warm, engaging programs where children feel known, supported, and inspired to learn. Our experienced teachers create environments where children build confidence, explore their interests, and develop meaningful connections with teachers and friends each day.
Tobin Beaudet Schools offers year-round programs for young children, including Toddler, Preschool, Pre-Kindergarten, and Junior Kindergarten for children ages two through five. Our School-Age program provides afterschool care during the school year as well as a summer program for elementary-aged children. Together, our programs support children’s growth, curiosity, and sense of belonging at every stage of early childhood and elementary school.
Our Early Childhood Program is located in our newly renovated 72 School Street building in Needham, near the center of town.

EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION
For children
2–5 years old
We offer year-round Toddler, Preschool, Pre-K, and Junior Kindergarten classrooms. Children engage in a well-rounded curriculum within a warm, nurturing environment, guided by the belief that a child’s work is their play.
AFTERSCHOOL
For children
in grades K-5
We offer safe, reliable transportation from Needham elementary schools to our program at 1458 Great Plain Avenue. Open Monday through Friday until 6:00 p.m., our program provides a warm, home-like environment with enriching activities after the school day.
