Parent Communications

Understanding your children and their needs is an integral part of helping them successfully navigate their school day.

That’s why we prioritize parent communications with our open door policy. We want to hear from you. And we want to talk to you about how your children are doing.

We typically communicate with parents at the end of the school day. Of course, we will contact you if any issues arise. And if you want to get in touch with us during the day, you can contact us by email and phone.

Parents are invited to parent discussion groups several times a year with our Executive Director. We also have parent conferences in the fall, winter and spring for kindergarten parents. Progress reports are mailed home mid-year for all after school children. And of course, you can schedule informal parent conferences when needed.
